FMCSI The healthcare solution of our time
Our professionals work closely with persons served identifying rituals and routines that must be present in their lives to create and contribute to a feeling of contentment, comfort, fulfillment, and satisfaction, helping us determine what parts of a routine to keep or change. Caregivers keep records on how persons served communicate; this prevents information loss during staff turnover; gives new staff a quick reference guide; and reduces the need for behavior plans from clients not being listened to. Learning logs kept by staff are used to journal learning and to help understand how to best support people in challenging situations providing your loved ones the best quality care they deserve.
